英文摘要
We were analyzing how the different cell pathways are changing during both processes. On single nuclei-ATAC-seq, we are confirming some results that I already obtainedwith bulk ATAC. We are observing how regressed Hepatic stellate cells (HSC) have more accessible chromatin than healthy HSC, although they havesimilar gene expression profiles, which was one of the initial hypothesis of this project. However, we are not seeing this only in HSC but alsoin Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cells, which are in close contact with HSC and hepatocytes.
