これまで大腿膝窩動脈領域での報告のない血流予備比:FFRを用い、バルーン拡張術前後の下肢血管の反応性充血の改善の程度を定量評価することで、局所の虚血の改善程度を数値化し、薬剤コーティングバルーン:DCBによる薬剤塗布が再狭窄を回避できうるカットオフ値のを設定を目標に2021年度は、以下の活動を行った。1)有症状性の大腿膝窩領域における閉塞性動脈硬化症に対しプレッシャーセンサー付きのカテーテルを用いてバルーン治療前後のFFRの値の評価を開始した(約60名)。2)FFR測定時に同時に血管内超音波:IVUSによる治療前後の血管内腔面積を測定しFFRとの相関関係の解明にも着手を開始した3)共同研究施設である獨協医科大学でも症例登録が開始され、web面談で情報交換を開始した。

This is a report on the blood flow reserve ratio in the femoral knee artery region:FFR application, quantitative evaluation of the degree of improvement of retrograde congestion in the lower extremity vessels before and after surgery, numerical evaluation of the degree of improvement of local blood deficiency, and setting of the target for 2021. 1)The FFR evaluation before and after treatment for symptomatic knee joint disease began (about 60). 2) Simultaneous intravascular ultrasound:IVUS, measurement of vascular lumen area before and after treatment, and clarification of FFR correlation; 3) Joint research facility; Independent Medical University; Case registration; and web interview information exchange.
