虚血性腎障害モデルでのANPの効果判定はうまくいっている。顕微鏡モデルや尿細管マーカでも有意差の出る結果が出ている。前年度は主に近位尿細管特異的GCAノックアウトマウスと、血管内皮細胞特異的GCAノックアウトマウスをそれぞれの対象マウスで腎障害モデルを作成し、ANP比較検討する。ANPの容量が多すぎるせいか、腎障害の改善効果の判定ができず苦慮している。ANPの投与量はそれぞれの腎障害での改善効果の高い容量を探すのに時間がかかっている。また、ノックアウトマウスの確保数に制限、時間がかかっているのも影響している。
