项目摘要

本研究の目的は、①食事内容および身体症状を記録するスマホアプリおよびシステムを開発し、②アプリを用いて胃食道癌術後患者の食事内容および身体症状を記録するシステムの受容性・実行可能性を検討し、③本システムを用いて前向きコホート研究を行うことにより術後食事内容・習慣を描出するとともに身体症状と関連する因子を同定することである。2020年度はアプリおよびシステムのプロトタイプを完成させ、ほぼ予定通りにパイロットスタディを終了した。2021年度はスマホアプリの評価ツールの日本語版を開発する一方、栄養指導の内容の開発の必要を認識し、管理栄養士のエキスパートパネルを作り合意形成を行い始めた。またシステム全体は概ね想定通りであり、現在次のステップの前向きコホート研究に用いるシステム全体のメジャーアップデートを概ね終了したところである。すでにIRBの承認は得ており、まもなく開始予定である。なおサンプルサイズは100名を予定している。
