3年連続でアンケートに回答した医師は6名であった。男女比は、男性5名（83.3%）、女性1名（16.7%）であった。所属機関の内訳は、市中病院4名（66.7％）、その他2名（33.3％）であった。その他の内訳は、診療所および保健所であった。希望診療科の内訳は、内科3名（50％）、救急科1名（16.7％）、その他2名（33.3％）であり、内科の詳細は、総合診療科および感染症内科であった。2022年3月の調査では、業績（筆頭著者として査読のあるジャーナルへの論文掲載）の有の医師は、6名中0名であったが、2023年3月の調査では、6名中1名が有と回答した。業績の有無で、基本的臨床能力評価試験（GM-ITE：General Medicine In-Training Examination）のスコアを比較すると、業績有と回答した医師1名のスコアは、合計点37点（60点満点）、総論（医療面接・プロフェッショナリズム）3点（6点満点）、症候学・臨床推論8点（15点満点）、身体診察法・臨床手技12点（15点満点）、疾病各論14点（24点満点）であり、業績無と回答した医師5名のスコアの平均点は、合計点35.6点（60点満点）、総論（医療面接・プロフェッショナリズム）3.4点（6点満点）、症候学・臨床推論10.2点（15点満点）、身体診察法・臨床手技8.8点（15点満点）、疾病各論13.2点（24点満点）であり、業績有と回答した医師の方が、合計点、身体診察法・臨床手技、疾病各論のスコアが高い傾向にあることが分かった。なお、GM-ITEは、特定非営利活動法人日本医療教育プログラム推進機構（JAMEP：Japan Institute for Advancement of Medical Education Program）により、研修医の基本的臨床能力の客観的な評価指標として開発された。問題は「医療面接・プロフェッショナリズム」、「症候学・臨床推論」、「身体診察法・臨床手技」、「疾病各論」の4分野で構成されており、幅広い疾患領域（内科・外科・小児科・産婦人科・精神科等）が網羅されている。
