2022年度は、収集したインタビューデータを質的に分析した。研究対象者は、全部で9名であり、教育経験が10年以上の熟練した看護教員であった。授業構築の際の知識について、看護教員が指摘した事象、自身が考える新しいアイデア、もしくは学生や授業への思いを抽出し、それに対する理由を探ることとした。指摘事象、アイデア、思いに対する理由が授業経験を通して知りえていることであり、これを知識として取り扱った。知識として取り扱う中では、例えば学生に対する知識とする単独の事象として出現するものではなく、学生に対する教授方法の知識、学生に対する教材の知識など複合的な知識として取り上げることができた。データを知識とするための妥当性を確保するため、看護教育に精通する３名の研究者で意見交換を行った。様々な視点で妥当性を検討した。現時点では、コードから33サブカテゴリーまで抽象化が進んでいる。今後はカテゴリー化へより抽象化していく。

In 2022, the collection of information was analyzed qualitatively. All of the 9 students studied were skilled nursing teachers with more than 10 years of education. The reason why teachers criticize events, students think about new things, and students think about new things is explored.
