本研究では、看護学生を対象とし腰痛に関わる現状調査を行い，それを基にビジュアル教材を使用した腰痛予防教育プログラムの開発を行うことを目的としている．2022年度は，2021年度に行った病院での実態調査について学会発表を行った．実習中に10名の学生の腰部前傾姿勢と実習中の行動について調査を行った．実習中の学生の行動は，カルテ閲覧・情報収集・記録が21.3％と最も多く，次いでバイタルサイン測定・見学12.2％，カンファレンス9.1％の順に多かった．その中で腰痛危険角度と言われている腰部前傾姿勢40°以上だった時間は全体の4％であり，その内訳ではバイタルサイン測定が30.4％と最も多く，次いでカルテ閲覧・情報収集・記録が21.7％であった．学生は実習中に，特に座位姿勢において腰部前傾姿勢になっていることが明らかになった．また，この結果を基に2022年度末に動画作成予定であったが，実態調査の人数が少ないこと，使用する機械の購入ができていないことから作成まで至らなかった．

This study aims to investigate the status quo of low back pain among nursing students, and to develop the development of low back pain prevention education based on the use of teaching materials.
