项目摘要

看護基礎教育課程において、臨床判断能力の基盤となる解剖生理学の強化ならびに基礎看護学における臨床判断能力や倫理的判断・行動に必要な基礎的能力を養うためにシミュレーション教育の充実が求められている。しかし、各施設・単元のシナリオや授業デザインの検討は始まったばかりであり、厚生労働省2020年保健師助産師看護師学校養成所指定規則改正に伴う改正カリキュラムとして、臨床判断能力の基盤となる解剖生理学と基礎看護学でのシミュレーションを活用した演習をどのように結び付けるかは示されていない。また、海外ではOSCEを含むシミュレーションの評価や教育効果検証、臨床判断の能力測定となる看護師免許試験、カリキュラムへの導入など様々な看護基礎教育の検討が進んでいるが、日本の看護基礎教育はガイドラインを遵守したシミュレーション介入や臨床判断の効果は明らかとなっていない。本研究は、解剖生理学と統合された双方向的な授業設計がシミュレーションでの臨床判断に与える影響を明らかにするため、従来（解剖生理学の講義後に臨床判断のシミュレーション）とハイブリッド型授業（解剖生理学の講義・臨床判断のシミュレーションを統合）の授業設計を比較する。研究結果により指定規則改正で求められる看護実践能力向上のための改正カリキュラムの示唆が得られると考え、4年間での研究計画立案、実施、分析、成果発表を目指す。2022年度は①2021・2022年度臨床判断のシミュレーション実施（介入実施）とLCJRを含めたアウトカムのデータ収集、②国内論文・国外論文執筆のための再文献レビュー、③①のデータ分析、④②③の論文執筆、①－④の研究を進めた。2022年度実績としては、周辺研究も含め、海外の学会発表1本、国内の学会発表の発表6本（シンポジスト含む）を行い、国内学会発表の２本の演題登録を行った。
