2型糖尿病患者が生涯にわたり、通院を中断しないための、看護師による新たな教育方法の開発が必要と考えた。そこで、2型糖尿病患者の通院中断予防に向けた「医療者との関係構築スキル向上プログラム」の開発を目指し、2つの目的で研究を進めている。2022年度は、文献検索を2023年4月まで範囲を広げて実施した。加えて、プログラム開発方法に関する文献検索やプログラム作成方法に関する書籍にて勉強を行った。また、2型糖尿病患者を対象としたプログラムを作成した研究者よりプログラム作成の助言を受けた。2021年度に本研究の調査内容検討のため、本研究で用いる「2型糖尿病患者がもつ医療者との関係構築スキル尺度」の実態および糖尿病治療におけるQOL(Diabetes Therapy Related QOL；DTR-QOL)との関連について、通院中断経験の有無と比較して分析を行った。その結果、2型糖尿病がもつ医療者との関係構築スキルや糖尿病治療におけるQOLが中断に影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなり、2021年度に学会発表を行った。現在、学会発表内容を論文執筆中である。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により実態調査が進まないことから、調査内容・調査方法について糖尿病専門医に相談をし、検討中である。

The development of new educational methods for type 2 diabetes patients is necessary. Therefore, in order to prevent the interruption of hospital visits for patients with type 2 diabetes, the development of "medical practitioners and relationship building services" is aimed at, and research on the two goals is progressing. The 2022 Annual Document Search was launched in April 2023. Add to this list the literature search related to the development method and the book related to the creation method. For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the study was conducted by researchers who helped create the study. In 2021, the survey content of this study was reviewed. In this study, the relationship between type 2 diabetes patients and medical practitioners was established. The status of QOL(Diabetes Therapy Related QOL;DTR-QOL) was analyzed. The results, the relationship between type 2 diabetes and medical practitioners, the impact of QOL interruption in diabetes treatment, and the development of the 2021 annual report. Now, learn to express the content of the paper in writing. The impact of new types of diabetes on infectious diseases is discussed in the context of ongoing research, research content, and research methods.
