项目摘要

本研究の目的は、手術室看護師の安全行動を評価する尺度を開発することである。手術安全に関連する国内外の研究において、WHOが開発した手術安全チェックリストを導入した上での評価や、いかにチェックリストを導入するかといった研究は多くなされている。しかし、手術室看護師の独自性や専門性に沿った安全行動の概念分析や、行動を評価できる尺度の開発は行われていない。尺度開発によって、個人の行動を振り返り評価することができれば、これまでの事故の再発防止のみならず、今後起こりうる事故への予防といった新たな医療安全教育の発展が期待できる。手術室看護師の安全行動の構成概念を見出すにあたり、文献検討により7つの上位概念（１．患者のモニタリング、２．無菌操作、３．ポジショニング、４．皮膚損傷防止、５．器具の残数確認、６．標本の取り扱い、７．手術室内の環境調整）が想定された。今後、上記7つの上位概念の下位項目を文献検討等により抽出し、予備尺度を作成、協力施設での調査、結果分析を行い、構成概念の検討を進めていきたい。
