本研究の目的は、組織や管理職が捉える中堅助産師像とは何か、中堅助産師個人が捉える中堅助産師像とは何か、組織と個人の両側面から中堅助産師のキャリア像の齟齬を明らかにし、中堅助産師にとって必要な組織内キャリア発達に対する支援を考える基礎的資料とすることである。本年度は、研究倫理審査委員会に研究計画書を提出し、研究倫理審査委員会からの承認が得られることを目指した。そこで、研究を実施するにあたって、質的研究に長けた研究者に教授を受けるため、研究打ち合わせを行った。研究打ち合わせを行った意図は、自身が考えている研究方法が適しているかの確認と、具体的に実行可能な研究方法の研究計画書への反映であった。打ち合わせ後、研究対象者の抽出方法、インタビュー方法等を研究計画書に反映し、資料（研究協力依頼書、説明同意文書、質問紙、インタビューガイド）の作成を行い、研究代表者が所属する機関の研究倫理審査委員会に研究計画書及び資料を提出し、倫理審査を申請した。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the basic data of midwives in organizations, management positions and individuals. This year, the Research Ethics Review Committee submitted a study proposal and the Research Ethics Review Committee approved it. Research is conducted in a timely manner, and qualitative research is conducted in a timely manner The research method is suitable for the research, and the specific implementation possibility is reflected in the research plan. After completion of the study, the study proposal shall be reflected in the method for selecting the study subjects, the method for submitting the study proposal, the preparation of the data (study cooperation document, explanatory consent document, inquiry paper, application form), the submission of the study proposal and the data to the research ethics review committee of the institution to which the study representative belongs, and the application for ethical review.
