本研究の目的は，更年期女性の健康を全人的に評価するために「更年期女性の全人的健康」の定義を明らかにしたうえで，信頼性と妥当性の高い「更年期女性のための全人的健康尺度」を開発することである．本研究は4年間で行うことを計画している．Rodgers の概念分析アプローチ法を用いて，更年期女性の全人的健康に関する概念分析を実施し，「更年期女性の全人的健康」の定義を明らかにする．その後，Web調査によるプレテストをもとに「更年期女性のための全人的健康尺度」原案を作成し，さらに無記名自記式質問紙調査によりデータを収集し，項目分析，内的整合性，構成概念妥当性，併存妥当性を検討する．現在，本邦における更年期女性の労働力率は75％にのぼる．更年期を迎え，集中力の低下や無気力感などの更年期症状からくる不調と仕事との両立に悩む一方，人生の基盤として「健康を保持しつつ自分に合った形態で長く働いていきたい」と願う女性たちが増加している．本研究では，更年期女性が更年期の不調によって，これまで積み上げてきたキャリアを断ち切ったり，あきらめたりすることがないよう，全人的健康尺度を用いて自身の健康を理解し，健康づくりと前向きなライフスタイル，自分に適した生き方ができるようになることが期待できる．本研究では、概念分析と尺度開発の2点を実施することを目的としているが，2020-2022年度は，更年期女性の全人的健康に関する概念分析を実施し，日本語での定義と構成概念と下位概念を明確化した．現在、その成果として学会発表と論文執筆の準備をしている．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the definition of "menopausal women's health as a whole" and to develop the definition of "menopausal women's health as a whole" in terms of reliability and appropriateness.
