本研究は、就労更年期女性を対象とした健康教育プログラムを更年期へ認知の視点から開発し、その効果を検証し、WEBにおける健康教育教材の 開発を行うことを目指すことが目的である。2021年度以降の実施計画では、①セルフヘルプにおける健康教育プログラムの実施し、実施後の効果検証。②効果検証のデータ結果、健康教育プログラム内容の検討。 ③健康教育プログラム内容の介入方法の検討・教材の開発。④プレテストを更年期女性に実施、評価と段階的に進めていく予定であった。しかし、COVID-19の感染状況の影響により、対面における健康教育プログラムの実施できない状況となった。そのため、2023年度まで研究を延長することとした。2020年度から、国内外の先行文献の検索を行い、特に認知行動療法を取り入れた介入研究について検索した。文献検討により、プログラム内容、介入の期間および介入後の強化時期などについても検討している。また、健康教育プログラム内で使用しているワークシートの使用方法について、以前より健康教育の実施段階で検討課題となっていたため、このワークシートの使用方法および記入後のフォローについて検討していく。さらに、このワークシートは、英文のものを使用しているために日本語の適正についても再確認を行い、ワークシートの修正を図り健康教育プログラム実施に向け準備を整えている。今後は、依頼施設の状況を確認したうえで健康教育プログラムの実施および介入効果の分析を行い、介入方法の検討および教材開発に繋げるようにしていく。
