项目摘要

研究実施計画では、法学や社会福祉学等の研究者を含め、研究成果の還元と社会実装に向け、刑務所出所者支援について、研究者と支援実践者の交流を計画していた。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、大規模な対面集合型研修の開催が困難な状況であった。そこで、大規模な対面集合型研修を中止とし、目的達成のため、以下の方法に切り替え研究成果の還元と社会実装に向けた以下①～⑤の取り組みを実施した。①刑務所出所者の福祉支援従事者向け専門研修オンデマンド教材の作成と配信。②複数の障害福祉事業所、障害相談支援事業所の職員を対象としたオンライン研修会において、触法者支援について講義。③障害福祉事業所において、刑務所出所者等の直接支援従事者に対する、対面研修会実施。④地域社会における触法事例の事例検討会に助言者として参加し、研究知見を踏まえた助言を実施した。⑤医療機関の看護管理者を主な読者層とする専門誌に「身体的・心理的・社会的なケアを提供するフォレンジック看護の実践と今後の展望」、「あなたは看護師として何をとらえ、何を考え、どのようなまなざしを向け行動しますか？身寄りなし・お金なし・住まいなしの方が自分の医療機関に助けを求めてきたら」の記事を執筆し、研究成果の還元と当該研究分野について、医療現場への啓発に努めた。また、刑務所出所者の精神病理を検討する過程で得られた知見である「拡大自殺：その言葉の用いられ方と意味」について、日本フォレンジック看護学会第９回学術集会において発表した。今年度は、他の研究事業でデンマーク視察の機会が得られたため、デンマークの刑務所等を視察し、受刑者処遇の実際や罪を犯した者へのまなざしについて、検討・考察を行っている。また、法学や社会福祉学等の研究者を含めた学際的な検討については、本研究から切り離し、他の研究プロジェクトとして、取り組むこととした。
