项目摘要

本研究では、緊急入院高齢患者の入退院支援を担う外来看護師、病棟看護師、退院支援看護師、訪問看護師を対象に、それぞれの家族支援への役割認識を明らかにすることによって、家族支援ガイドラインを開発することを目的としている。今年度の研究目的は、入退院支援におけるそれぞれの看護職の役割認識と実践内容を明らかにし、家族支援ガイドラインの項目を抽出しガイドラインを作成することであったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響によりインタビューの実現には時間を要した。また、退院支援看護師については、病床規模の大きな病院への配置がほとんどでありリクルートにも難航を極めたため、調査対象から除外し、外来看護師、病棟看護師、訪問看護師を対象として分析を進めることとなった。今年度の研究実績としては、病棟看護師、訪問看護師、外来看護師を対象にインタビューガイドをもとに半構造化面接を実施した。緊急入院高齢患者の入退院支援における病棟看護師の家族支援では、【患者・家族の情報共有】、【家族状況を把握し院内外の関係者とつなぐ】、【家族とパートナーシップを形成する】、【患者・家族に合わせた具体的な退院準備】の4つのカテゴリーが抽出された。訪問看護師の家族支援では、【患者・家族の在宅療養生活をイメージした関わり】、【安定した在宅療養生活の継続に向けた情報共有】、【入退院支援時の看護職間連携】、【入退院支援への課題】の4つのカテゴリーが抽出された。外来看護師のインタビュー内容については、現在分析中である。今年度行った分析結果をまとめ、関連学会にて発表する予定である。
