令和4年度は、前年度予定していた保健師、助産師および研究者への構成面接調査による項目の精選、デルファイ調査による連携活動指標の確定を予定していた。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響が継続しており、調査を延期せざるを得ない状況であった。したがって、調査の事前準備として、数か所の市町村について感染予防対策と面接調査の可能性に係る確認を行った。また、研究対象である保健師について、当初は市町村所属としていたが、妊娠期から子育て期にわたる切れ目のない支援を提供することを目的とした母子健康包括支援センター（子育て世代包括支援センター。以下、支援センター）法定化および全国展開に伴い、助産師との連携をはかる保健師の所属、あるいは連携活動の変化が想定された。これについて、市町村所属の保健師に対し、支援センターの設置状況、役割の変化、また助産師との連携状況を確認した。支援センター設置後も従前と変化のない市町村、支援センター所属の保健師または助産師等が医療機関の助産師と連携をはかることとなった市町村もあり、調査にあたり研究対象の所属および調査項目を再検討中である。また、前年度までに分析し作成した連携活動指標の原案について、さらに新規に公表された研究結果を分析し、より妥当性のある指標を分析中である。さらに、研究者の先行研究で開発した「助産師の保健師との連携活動の指標」を本研究結果と併せて連携活動指標の有用性の検証に活用できるよう、説明方法や表記について検討中である。
