本研究の目的は、転居を経験した乳幼児を育てる家族を対象に、保健師による生活支援モデルを構築することである。2022年度は、2021年度に行ったインタビュー調査の内容を洗練させた。0歳から就学前の児を育てる母親7名に、転居における経験やその時感じた思い、必要だと感じた支援等についてインタビューを行った。分析では、転居にあたっての母親が感じた困難や必要と感じた支援に焦点をあてて、質的記述的方法を用いて分析した。その結果、7つのカテゴリー、20のサブカテゴリーが抽出された。カテゴリーは、【今まで築いてきた関係性の中断】【物理的な距離や限られた時間による制限】【保育園/幼稚園を探す障壁の高さ】【自治体によって異なる制度や手続き方法を理解する困難】【子育てに対する地域の雰囲気や文化の相違への戸惑い】【生活環境が変わった子どもが直面する困難への気遣い】【父親や子どもの都合による母親自身の選択肢の狭まり】であった。転居後も家族と共に環境の変化に対応していくための課題が継続していた。これらの課題は多様な側面をもち、母親個人の課題として考えるだけでなく、自治体の制度や社会全体の課題として取り組みを検討していく必要があることが示された。インタビュー調査の協力者は機縁法によりリクルートしたため、専門職、研究者等の母親がほとんどであった。今回の結果が広く転居を経験した母親に共通するものなのかを探究するために、追加のインタビュー調査を行なう予定であり、リクルートは進んでいる。研究者自身の産前産後休業と育児休業があり、質問紙調査は、2023年度に実施予定である。質問紙調査は、自治体の保健師責任者を対象に実施予定であり、転入者支援の実際や転入者支援に影響する組織の要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。質問紙の原案と研究倫理審査委員会へ提出する書類の準備を進めている。
