项目摘要

地域在住高齢者が主観的もの忘れを訴える段階で低下しやすい特性の生活行為に着目し、視線行動との関連性を検討する本研究課題の３年目の実績は以下の通りである。対象者は39名であった。内訳はデイサービス利用者19名（整形疾患が主）、シルバー人材センター登録者20名（認知機能低下を疑う既往なし）、平均年齢84.7±4.3歳、女性のみ、教育歴10.9±1.7年、独居48.7％であった。対象者の視線行動（眼球運動スピード、注視時間、注視回数）と詳細な認知機能（Montreal Cognitive Assessment日本語版。例；視空間機能・実行機能、注意機能など）、生活行為の下位項目（生活行為工程分析表。例；食材を洗う、食材を剥く・切る・つぶすなど）を具体的に分析した。重回帰分析の結果、眼球運動スピードは視空間機能・実行機能（β=0.34、p=0.03）に関連し、注視時間は生活行為の下位項目に影響を与えていない可能性が示唆された。一方で、注視回数は認知機能、生活行為のどの下位項目にも関連性は認めなかった。視空間機能や実行機能の低下による非効率的な視線行動を念頭に置いた生活行為の支援を行う必要性が考えられた。今後は引き続き、対象者数を増やす努力を行いつつ、新たに検討すべき項目として、目的物を探索するように指示された後の注視開始場所や視線の軌跡の特徴と認知機能/生活行為との関連性を分析しており、結果は学会発表や論文作成を行っていく予定である。

The 3-year results of this research project are summarized as follows: 1. To explore the relationship between the characteristics of life behavior, vision and behavior, the relationship between the characteristics of life behavior, and the characteristics of life behavior, the relationship between vision and behavior is discussed. 39 of them were identified. 19 patients were female, 10.9±1.7 years of education, 48.7% of them lived alone. The results of regression analysis, eye movement, visual spatial function and behavioral function (β=0.34, p=0.03), correlation, fixation time, and the possibility of life behavior were shown. A side, fixation number, cognitive function, life behavior, and subordinate items are related to recognition. Visual space function and behavior function are low, non-effective, visual line action, idea, life behavior support, necessity, etc. In the future, the number of participants will increase, and efforts will be made to explore new topics and objects. The analysis of the relationship between the starting place of the gaze and the characteristics of the trajectory of the line of sight and cognitive function/life behavior will be conducted. The results will be developed and the paper will be prepared.
