项目摘要

大学生アスリートのアンチ・ドーピング学習意欲と知識との関連について原著論文としてまとめ、国際ジャーナルに投稿し受理・掲載された。また、アンチ・ドーピングに対する主観的知識と客観的測定知識との関連について原著論文としてまとめ、国際ジャーナルに投稿した。その他にも調査研究を進めた。具体的な進捗状況として、日本において増加傾向にあるサプリメントによる規則違反に着目した調査をおこなった。国際研究では、サプリメントを使用するアスリートは、使用しないアスリートと比較して、サプリメントがもたらすパフォーマンス向上等の効果や有効性に対する信念が強く、ドーピングに陥るリスクが高いことが明らかにされている。そこで、大学生アスリートを対象にサプリメントに関するドーピングの注意喚起映像の介入がサプリメントに対する信念に及ぼす影響を検討した。サプリメントを使用している68名、使用していない49名の大学生アスリートを対象に、ランダム化比較試験を行った。対象者はランダムに割り当てられ、介入群はサプリメントに関する注意喚起映像（6分間）を、対照群はダミー映像を視聴し、視聴前後にスポーツサプリメント信念尺度（SSBS：6項目1因子構造、得点範囲6－36点、得点が高いほど信念が強い）を測定した。分散分析の結果、介入前後のSSBS得点に交互作用が認められた（p＜.01）。事後分析の結果、介入群のSSBS得点は、サプリメント使用有無に関わらず、介入前20.48±5.71点から介入後17.87±6.59点へと有意に低下した（p＜.001）。サプリメントに関するドーピングの注意喚起映像は、サプリメント使用の有無に関わらず、大学生アスリートのサプリメントへの信念を低減できることが明らかとなった。主な学術的成果として、得られた知見を国内の学会で発表を行った。更に英文論文としてまとめ、学術雑誌への投稿を試みる予定である。
