The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between metabolic indices of fat and tendon in bone cells and to compare them between years (high vs. low). This year, there were 28 outstanding candidates and 21 outstanding candidates. The measurement items were taken into account in the previous year's preliminary results. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to determine the intracellular fat and extracellular fat of the tendon. Near infrared spectroscopy was used to determine the muscle acid conversion function. Magnetic resonance imaging was used to determine the cross-sectional area of the tendon. The maximum bending force of the foot joint. The vertical speed of the bending force of the foot joint. The endurance force of the foot joint tendon. The measurement of motor function (maximum walking speed, muscle mass index of limbs, grip strength, Timed Up and Go) was carried out. The goal of the study is to solve the problem. The intracellular fat in muscle cells was higher than that in muscle cells (5.0 ± 4.2 vs. 1.8 ± 1.0 mmol kg-1 wet weight). In one case, the extracellular fat content of muscle was higher than that of the control group (21.7 ± 11.0 vs. 198.8 ± 86.0 mmol kg-1 wet weight). The function of tendon acidification is to recognize the difference between the two. In the future, the second half of the goal will be discussed in the "Relationship between each category" section. The analysis of the current situation and the new problem are discussed. The physiological significance of the function of muscle acid in high altitude patients is discussed in detail. The relationship between muscle acid function and motor function in high altitude patients is discussed in detail.
