项目摘要

三年度目となる令和４年度は、①調査に用いる調査票の準備と②調査地域との打ち合わせ、③日本人中学生における家庭での飲料の手に入れやすさと栄養素及び食品群摂取量との関連、を検討した。①調査票の準備:昨年度、調査延期の決定に伴い、調査票に含める質問領域についての再検討を踏まえて、調査票に含める質問項目を決定するために、レビューより抽出された文献ならびにその文献をもとにハンドリサーチした文献から、思春期の食事や食行動に影響する要因となる「Food Availability」、「Food Accessibility」、「食嗜好」、「本人の意識・行動」、「仲間・友人」、「保護者の要因」を評価することができる妥当性及び信頼性が評価されている質問項目を抽出し、調査票を完成させた。②調査地域との打ち合わせに関して:昨年度に引き続き、各調査地域における担当者と連絡を続けてきたが、COVID-19により学校行事がままならない状況であるため、本年度の調査も難しいと判断し、新たな調査実施時期等についての打ち合わせ等を行い、調査体制の整備に着手している。③日本人中学生における家庭での飲料の手に入れやすさと栄養素及び食品群摂取量との関連:飲料は、摂取する種類や摂取量により子どもの食事の質に関連することが報告されていることに着目し、家庭における飲料の手に入れやすさと習慣的な栄養素及び食品群摂取量との関連を検討し、中学生においては、家庭において健康的な飲料が手に入れやすいほどソフトドリンクの摂取量が少なくなる可能性があることを明らかにした。
