项目摘要

本研究は，医療や災害など誰にとっても暴露に値する情報（普遍的重要情報）をさりげなく，しかし受容されやすく表示するソーシャルメディア上のUI/UXの開発を目的とする．本年度は，普遍的重要情報とみなせるソーシャルメディア上の発言を大規模に収集した．ソーシャルメディアの例としてTwitterを設定し，医療や災害に関して有用な情報を発信しているアカウントの発言（ツイート）を対象とした．具体的には警察庁防災課やYahoo!防災などの機関公式アカウントである．一部は初年度にすでに収集していたが，今年度は収集期間を延ばすとともに，これらのツイートを引用した第三者のツイート（引用ツイート）も追加で収集した．引用ツイートは個人の意見が付与され，元のツイートよりも親しみやすい内容になっているケースが多いため，提示する情報源として受容されやすいのではないかと考えた．さらに，ツイートの親しみやすさに関わる言語的特徴を捉えるため，ツイートの内容が受信者（読み手）の属性（性別・年代）に適しているか測定する言語処理手法を開発した．以上により，収集した普遍的重要情報ツイートの提示方法（頻度，表示形式，位置など）を，昨年度開発した提示用アプリケーションを用いて検証実験できる段階となったが，Twitter社の運営母体が変わり，実験に必要なAPIの動作と仕様が不安定となったため，やむなく開始を見送り，研究期間を延長することとした．来年度は当該APIの使用可能性に応じて，Twitterを用いた当初計画通りの実験か，Twitterを模した擬似ソーシャルメディアまたは代替プラットフォームを用いた実験を実施する．
