项目摘要

迷惑施設や資源でもある産業遺産（長崎）と米軍基地（沖縄）の事例を視察し、地域と共生する現状、歴史について情報収集を行った。また、原子力防災の講演を住民などに行う機会が多い原子力行政の技師に、オンラインで行う対話について情報交換、さらに各学会などから最新知見獲得を適時行った。対話設計は①昨年度は問題認識を反映するグループ、反映しないグループを構成し対話を行ったが、「反映してほしい」声を踏まえ、今年度実施の対話の場では全グループに問題認識を反映させた。②対話前の講演は、新たな視点として「原子力防災」プログラムに取り入れた。対話の場は、共催者は大学2校、法人1社、高校1校とし、大学生および高校生が参加した。昨年度のプログラムや実施方法をベースに上記２点を反映させ、前半は講演２つ、後半はグループ対話および発表をリアルタイムオンラインで開催した。参加者の調査は、対話前・後、そして１カ月後の３回アンケート調査を実施し対話の場の評価や高レベル放射性廃棄物に対する理解・関心の度合いを把握した。本対話の周知活動は、チラシで行ったが、昨年度から工夫するため内容を一部変更、またデザインはプロの手を入れて一部変更した。今年度もこれまで通り学生は30名を超える参加を確保できた。研究成果の発信は、開催内容を整理した報告書を作成した。（参加者などに配布し開催内容の共有を図ることを予定）また、福井県立大学経済学部や福井大学Twitter、Facebook、日刊県民ふくい2023年１月22日３面記事に掲載された。これまで継続した対話活動が、一部の原子力関係者に認識されはじめていることを実感しており、そのことがきっかけで今後の対話活動・研究発展につながっていく予定（これから具体的な調整を行う）がある。研究課題は、対象者が学生のため卒業の関係で、同じ学生に次年度調査が難しいことを確認した。
