项目摘要

令和4年度は、令和3年度に引き続【1】中山間地域の河川管理の実態調査、【2】自治的な管理事例の収集、【3】学術成果の公表、【4】市民・行政へのアウトリーチなどを行った。令和3年度の研究成果を踏まえつつ、研究計画を遂行した。特に令和4年度はわが国唯一の河川を対象としたジオパークである「白山手取川ジオパーク」の取組みと連動して研究活動を行い、調査・分析と成果公表・アウトリーチ活動を一緒に行った。【１】中山間地域の河川管理の実態調査：中山間地域の集落内を流れる小河川の河川維持管理の実態調査を行い、課題を明らかにした。具体的には、白山麓の手取川水系の小河川群を確認し、維持管理実態の点検等を行った。また令和4年度豪雨後の災害復旧状況なども併せて調査した。【２】自治的な管理事例の収集：他地域での河川の維持管理情況を現地確認・ヒアリングを行うなどして管理実態の把握調査を行った。【３】学術成果の公表：白山手取川地域での維持管理事例を論文として執筆した（現在河川技術論文集2本投稿中）。1点目は高標高・豪雪集落における伝統的水路インフラの果たす役割と維持管理情況などを論述した。2点目は手取川流域を主対象とし、上流・中流・下流の河川景観分析を白山手取川ジオパークの構成地先と併せて分析した。【４】市民・行政へのアウトリーチ：これまでの研究課程で明らかになったことを社会還元の一環として、住民参加のワークショップや、他地域での基調講演や雑誌連載記事などを通じて広く成果の普及に努めた。
