项目摘要

本研究は、中国の社会構造改革（計画経済から市場経済へ）時代を生きる70後世代（1968年～1977年生まれの世代）と市場経済全面推進の時代を生きる80後世代（1978年～1989年生まれの世代）における仕事と家事・育児の調整プロセスの詳細を、オリジナルインタビューデータを用い検討する。男女とも労働市場に参加し、共働きが一般的である中国家族の研究は、性別分業の再生産メカニズムの解明につながり、男女参画社会のあり方を検討する際に示唆を与えるものになりうるため、学術そして社会的意義が大きい研究である。2021年度では、主に中国の現地調査の事前準備、協力者との連絡、対面インタビューの実施を行った。中国の各都市のCOVID-19感染防止対策の規制及び各地COVID-19の感染状況により、対面インタビュー調査の実施に多くの困難があった。2021年度では、合計夫婦20組、40名の方に対面インタビューの実施ができた。インタビュー調査を実施しなから音声データの文字化作業を行い、協力者の語りを踏まえ、先行文献の再検討と分析作業を進めた。また、中国、日本で行ったウェブ研究会に参加し、段階的な成果の発表ができた。日中両国の研究者の視点からの建設的な意見、有意なコメントをたくさん得られたので、今後の論文執筆に反映する予定である。さらに、COVID-19における中国の少数民族家族に関する共同研究にも参加できた。漢民族だけ注目したきた本研究の展開に視野を広め、研究論文1本を発表することもできた。
