项目摘要

今年度は，本研究プロジェクトの取りまとめの年として，厚生労働省管轄の大規模調査・行政管理情報を用いた複数の研究を基に，国内外での学会やワークショップでの報告を行い，現在，国際専門誌へ向けて投稿の準備を進めているところである．まず，『介護給付費実態調査』・『人口動態（死亡票）』を用い，要介護度の推移率を算出した研究（Mikoshiba, et al.）；2本目は，『患者調査』・『国民生活基礎調査』・『社会医療診療行為別調査』を利用し，2008年に全国の自治体で標準化された特定健診と特定保健指導を自然実験として，健診が生活習慣病の発症率・医療需要・医療費に与えた効果について実証的な検証を行った研究（Oikawa, et al)；3本目は，2011年東日本大震災に伴う福島原発事故を自然実験として，母親に対する心的ストレスが出生時体重と出生後の子どもの健康にどのような影響を及ぼすかについて検証を行った研究（Fu, et al.）；4本目は，China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS)を用い，急速な人口の高齢化に直面する中国における医療保険制度改革が，都市部と農村部の健康格差に与えた影響について検証を行った研究（Tang, et al.）である．他方，今年度，掲載に至った研究は，1990年代における東京都と政令指定都市を中心とした乳幼児医療費助成制度の導入効果に対する定量的検証（Kang et al.）が2022年10月にJournal of Economic Behavior and Organization，地域のマクロ経済ショックが子どもに対する虐待の発生にどういった影響を及ぼすかを定量的に検証した研究（Oikawa, et al.）が2022年2月にChild Abuse and Neglectに掲載された．

This year, the Ministry of Health and Welfare conducted a large-scale survey on the use of administrative information. The report was carried out by both domestic and foreign societies. Now, the international journal is preparing for the future. In this study, the rate of change in the degree of care needed to be calculated was studied in the "Care Payment Status Survey" and "Population Dynamics (Death Ticket)"(Mikoshiba, et al.); 2. This project aims to make use of the "Patient Survey,""Basic Survey of National Life," and "Social Medical Diagnosis and Treatment Behavior Survey." In 2008, the national government standardized specific health care and specific health care guidance, and conducted research on the incidence rate of health care and lifestyle diseases, medical needs, medical expenses, and results.(Oikawa, et al);3 This project is a study on the effects of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake on the health of the child and the mother's heart following the Fukushima earthquake (Fu, et al.); 4. China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS): A Study on the Impact of Rapid Population Growth on the Reform of Medical Insurance System in China (Tang, et al.)である. In addition, this year's research has revealed quantitative evidence of the effects of the introduction of a child care cost assistance system into Tokyo's designated urban centers in the 1990s (Kang et al.) Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, October 2022, Research on Quantitative Evidence of the Impact and Impact of Abuse on the Development of Regional Economic Behavior (Oikawa, et al.)
