项目摘要

以下の２つの研究を行った。研究1. 乳児の視点で視聴する乳児の泣きへの対処VR動画 (母親編、父親編)の開発コンテンツ内容は母親/父親の泣きへの対処3パターン(最初に試してみる泣きへの適切な対処、イライラしたときの泣きへの適切な対処、イライラしたときの泣きへの不適切な対処)で構成し、動画再生時間7分のVR動画を開発した。VR動画を視聴した助産師、保健師からコンテンツ内容の妥当性を確認した。研究2. 乳児の泣きへの対処VR動画を用いた乳児の泣きへの適切な対処の理解に与える効果の検証20歳以上の子どもがいない男女、20歳以上の妊婦とそのパートナーの計132名を対象に、VR動画が乳児の泣きについての知識と乳児の揺さぶりの危険性についての知識に与える効果を評価した。両対象ともに、VR動画視聴により、乳児を激しく揺さぶることは重篤な状態を引き起こすことの認識を向上させたが、乳児の泣きについての知識においてはコントロール群と有意差はなかった。また、VR動画を視聴した全員に有害事象は生じなかった。
