项目摘要

本年度は言語学理論の批判的研究と第1回の現地調査を実施した。前者については、2022年12月18日(日)に一般社団法人グローバル・ビジネスコミュニケーション協会にて研究発表を行い、それと関連して2023年3月に玉川大学文学部紀要『論叢』にて論文を発表した。後者については、2023年1月30日(月)～2023年2月12日(日)にジャマイカ、キングストンにて調査を実施した。本調査については以下四つの項目、(1)ヒューバート・デボニッシュ博士の論文、著書で日本では入手不可能な資料の収集、(2)二言語使用教育、ジャマイカ語の開発・普及計画に関する資料の収集、(3)ヒューバート・デボニッシュ博士、現ジャマイカ語課コーディネーターのジョセフ・ファークハーソン博士とのインタビュー、(4)Children Firstへの挨拶訪問、について報告する。(1)については、西インド諸島大学モナ校図書館にて二週間の使用権を購入し、入手を予定していたほぼすべての資料を複写できた。図書館内の各専門部署の専門職員の方々のご協力もあり、短期間にもかかわらず滞りなく資料の収集ができた。(2)については、西インド諸島大学モナ校言語・言語学・哲学部ジャマイカ語課にて資料を複写、購入した。二言語使用教育に関する資料（実施計画、報告書、使用教科書）、ジャマイカ語の開発・普及計画に関する資料について、こちらも問題なく入手することができた。(3)については、デボニッシュ博士との面談を2回、ファークハーソン博士との面談を1回実施した。二言語使用教育やジャマイカ語の開発・普及計画について、上述の公開資料では得られない、また、その資料を補足する貴重な情報（個人のライフストーリーや社会思想など）を入手することができた。(4)に関しては、職員の方々への挨拶と今後の計画（2024年2月に実施予定のインタビュー）への協力を依頼した。

This year's critical study of speech theory and the first chapter of field research have been carried out. The former was published on December 18, 2022 in the Journal of General Social Organization, Research and Development, March 2023 in the Journal of Tamagawa University Literature Department. The investigation was carried out from January 30, 2023 to February 12, 2023. The following four items were included in this survey: (1) data collection for doctoral thesis and book writing in Japan;(2) data collection for language use education, language development and popularization programs;(3) data collection for doctoral and current language courses; and (4) data collection for doctoral and current language courses.(4)Children First (1)In addition, the University of the Western Islands has a two-week usage period, and the data is copied. The staff of each department in the library are working together to collect data in the short term. (2)The data from the Language Course of the Speech, Linguistics, and Philosophy Department of Nishiindo Islands University was copied and purchased. 2. Data on language use education (implementation plan, report book, use textbook), data on language development and popularization plan, and problems. (3)The interview with Dr. Chen was conducted in 2 rounds and 1 round. 2. The use of language in education, development and popularization programs, and the above-mentioned public data to supplement valuable information (personal and social thinking) (4)We will continue to work together on future plans (scheduled for February 2024).
