2021年度中は、4本の英語論文を含む25本の論文を公表し、国際学会等での複数の英語報告を含む学会報告8本を行い、複数の英語共著・共編著を含む書籍8冊を発刊した。特に、本研究課題「価値多極化の進行する世界における国際経済秩序の再構築」に直結するものとして、研究代表者・川島が日本国際経済法学会30周年記念大会にて学会報告を行ったほか、密接に関連する国際経済協定における安全保障例外に関し、同・川島及び研究分担者・川瀬が2本の英語論文を含む論文3本を公表した。加えて、研究分担者・伊藤及び玉田が、国際投資法及び国際紛争解決手続関連の複数の英語論文を含む論文を公表した。国内経済法に関しては、研究代表者・川島、研究分担者・武田及び東條が、国内外でのデジタル・プラットフォーム事業者に対する規制に関する論文を中心に公表し、また学会報告を行った。これらの研究成果から、①経済運営に関する価値多極化の観点からは、米中欧において市場経済に関する考え方のズレに起因する紛争が引き続き発生していると同時に、特に米中の間で技術的優位確保・獲得のため補助金等の産業政策について積極化する傾向、デジタル・プラットフォーム事業者に対し積極的に規制する傾向などの共通現象がうかがえた。②国家統治に関する価値多極化の観点からは、特に米中を中心に、人権・労働基準の保護水準のズレに起因する紛争が頻発している傾向がうかがえたところ、それらに対応したインターフェイスの構築の必要性の研究をさらに深める必要性が明らかとなった。

In 2021, 4 English papers, including 25 papers, were published, and several English reports, including 8 academic reports, were published, and several English co-authored books were published. This research topic is titled "Rebuilding the International Economic Order in a Multipolar World," with Kawashima as the research representative and Kawashima as the research partner. Kawashima presented a report on the 30th anniversary of the Japan Society of International Economic Law. Kawashima and Kawashima presented two English papers, including three public papers.
