项目摘要

2022年度は，【(A)～(C)】申請書記載の研究プロジェクトの遂行と中間的研究成果の発表，【(D)】研究で使用された手法・方法論的知見の整理とより幅広い層への発信，【(E)】研究ネットワークを広げるための研究会の開催，等を行った．(A)経済地理と環境：日本における都市雇用圏（UEA）を分析単位として，1980～2015年のGISベースの高速道路，大気汚染，人口・産業・経済指標データのパネル化を行い，1990年代に行われた中国四国連絡橋および高速道路建設が地方都市の人口・産業構造・大気汚染水準に与えた因果効果の推定を行った（学会報告有）．(B)公共交通インフラと環境：日本における1990年以降の市区町村レベルの人口動態変数（世帯数，年齢，世帯所得），GISベースの（都市内）公共交通インフラ（鉄道・市バス）データ，ガソリン価格データのパネル化を行い，自動車需要の地理空間的異質性を特徴づけるパラメターを推定すると同時に，推定された自動車需要を用いて1990～2015年のCO2排出量の経年変化の要因分解を行った（研究会報告有）．(C)ライドシェアと環境：American Community Survey (ACS)の家計調査データ（年次）とNASAの衛星画像ベースの大気汚染（月次）を突合することで，2000～2019年までの米国大都市圏（MSA）の自動車利用・大気汚染データのパネル化を行い，Staggered DIDの研究デザインを用いてライドシェア・サービス（Uber/Lyft）の都市への参入が大気汚染濃度（NOX）に与えた因果効果の推定した（研究会報告有）．(D)『経済セミナー』にて新連載「新しい環境経済学」をスタートし，隔月で論稿を発表している．(E)若手研究者中心の「環境×実証ミクロワークショップ」と「環境・経済地理・貿易に関する国際ワークショップ」をオンライン開催した．
