项目摘要

本研究は日本における実質的なワーケーションの導入を目的とし、オフィスの緑化→身近な都市緑地→郊外の自然空間と、段階的に植物と関わることができる日本型ワーケーションシステムを構築し、各段階の空間特性を考慮した植物セラピープログラムの提案と効果検証、それらの効果を活かした空間デザインの分析と提案、さらには受け入れ地域・自治体の活性化に及ぼす影響までを、学際連携チームにより多角的に検証するものである。①オンラインアンケートによる勤務者への意識調査：勤務者のワーケーションに対する意識や現在の勤務環境に関して把握するために、オンラインアンケートを実施した。初年度は主にアンケート項目の検討に時間を費やし、実際の調査は年度末となったため、結果の解析は次年度に持ち越すこととなった。合計4000名のデータを取得できた。②勤務者に対する植物セラピープログラムの構築と効果検証：コロナ禍であったことから、実際のオフィスにおける効果検証実験が出来なかったため、勤務者のテレワーク下におけるストレス状態や近隣の公園利用、テレワークかでの自宅の緑との関わりなどに関する調査を実施した。その結果は日本保健福祉学会や緑化工学会等で発表した。③植物のセラピー効果を活用したワーケーション空間のデザイン：国営昭和記念公園をフィールドとし、現地調査を元に公園の屋外空間におけるワークスペースのデザインについて検討をおこなった。④ワーケーション導入による地域活性化への効果検証：コロナ禍のため、現地での本格的な実験ができなかったことから、現地視察を含め、次年度に取り組むこととした。
