项目摘要

本年度は、家族看護学習管理システム（LMS）の評価尺度の開発とそのLMSのプログラムについて検討を行った。家族看護学習管理システム（LMS）の評価尺度を開発するために、2021年度に実施した家族支援専門看護師が認識している一般看護師の家族看護実践の内容と困難感で明らかになった項目と文献などから検討しアイテムプールを作成した。家族支援専門看護師6名から質問項目の表現の適切性と内容の明確さ、回答のしやすさ、追加すべき質問項目の有無についての検討を行い尺度案の作成をした。その作成した尺度案について、現在病院で勤務している500名の看護師対象に、家族看護実践自己評価尺度と家族看護に関する困難感尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検証するために調査を実施した。家族看護実践自己評価尺度は「家族をシステムとしてとらえた実践」「家族への理解を深める実践」「家族の意思決定支援」「家族看護過程に沿った実践」の4因子となり、家族看護に関する困難感尺度は「課題を抱える家族への支援の難しさ」「家族理解の難しさ」「意思決定支援の難しさ」「家族アセスメントと個別性に応じた支援の難しさ」「家族看護を行う時間の確保の難しさ」の5因子に分類できた。尺度全体および下位尺度のCronbachのα係数は0.9以上あり、信頼性は証明することができたが、家族看護に関する困難感尺度の基準関連妥当性は十分とは言えないが、分析を洗練させ、2023年度に公表する予定である。また、家族看護LMSのプログラムの内容に関して検討を行い、LMS作成の業者選定などを行った。本年度中に初期LMSを作成予定であったが、業者選定など時間を要したため、作成が遅れ、次年度の持ち越すことになった。
