项目摘要

１. ケアリングコミュニティの仮設モデルの生成：ケアリングコミュニティ（以下CC)を指向したアプローチの特性を明らかにすることを目的にスコーピングレビューを実施した。複数のデータベースを検索し、英語および日本語で発表された現実社会におけるCCを目指した活動プロセスの記載のある質的研究を採択した。記載内容からステークホルダー、イニシアチブ、理論的アプローチ、影響に関するデータを収集し、それぞれタイプ別に整理した。合計615の論文がスクリーニングされ23文献を分析対象とした（英語18報、日本語5報）。複数の利害関係者による集団的かつ循環的なプロセスであるCCのアプローチの仮設モデルを作成した。２．仮設モデルの精錬のための事例調査：保健医療福祉介護の専門職者が、市民、そして（または）、認知症の人・家族と協働して計画した認知症との地域共生の地域づくりを志向した活動に焦点をあて、活動計画時の多様な参画者による協働の方法を明らかにし、仮説モデルを精錬することを目指した。認知症を有する人との地域共生の実現を目指し、２年以上継続、異なる複数の立場の者が進める地域づくり活動に携わる専門職者・行政職員、当事者と市民、地域資源関係者の内、協力の得られた人を対象に、インタビュー調査等を実施した（2021年度は７事例約50名）。3.潜在的な共同研究先であるカナダ・ケベック州モントリオール大学病院の患者市民参画センター（以下、PPP）の研究グループとオンラインで意見交流を重ねた後に、現地で２つのグループインタビュー調査等を実施した。日本から住民リーダーも同伴したので、地区での自助・互助の地域づくりを目指した住民活動について現地公開セミナーで紹介し、アイルランド国立大学ダブリン校の共同研究者と共に意見交換をした。
