项目摘要

①高齢者の転倒・骨折、サルコペニア、フレイルと地域・職域環境や生活特性との関係を解明するの目標に対して、2021年度は、厚生労働省のオープンデータ「労働災害データベース」から、転倒災害によるもの約35000件を抽出し、職種横断骨折に関するデータベースを作成した。第一段階の分析を終えた段階で、論文執筆に向けた準備をしている。分析により、職種、年齢、起因物等を調整し、骨折リスクに関係する要因が明らかとなった。また、洲本市いきいき百歳体操のデータベースの分析により、体操参加者のフレイル予防に関するエビデンスを得、海外学術雑誌で成果発表をした（2021年12月,Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine）。また、百歳体操への長期間の参加が、下肢筋力を向上し、歩行速度の低下および身体機能の低下を抑制することを明らかにし、海外学術雑誌で報告した（2021年5月,European Review of Aging and Physical Activity）。②独居や閉じこもり等、社会的フレイルへの関心が高い本邦発の早期発見・早期介入の方策を考案する、および、③健康セルフモニタリング能力向上のためのICT（情報通信技術）活用の効果を検証するの目標に対しては、地域および職域との関係づくりを進めており、期待できる成果が得られている。介入研究を実施するための準備も進めている。
