2022年度における慢性透析患者の腸電位関連研究は、愛知県透析医学会と医療機関の全面協力を受けて透析患者の便通異常と排便関連薬剤投与状況を把握するために匿名のWEB調査を実施した(2022年1月1日現在を基点とする）。県下192医療施設の診療録により、18,032人のデータを収集した。対象は愛知県全域の透析医療機関192件であり、透析を実施している全患者の診療録から背景と治療に関する項目、緩下剤、止痢剤、整腸剤投与状況について情報収集した。対象者は18,032人、男性が66.6％、平均年齢は69.7( SD15.2,幅0～101)歳、平均透析歴は7.8年であった。緩下剤処方を受けているのは22.1%、整腸薬を受けているのは10.3%を占めていた。これらのことより腎不全の管理とともに、便秘と便排出困難への支援、腸閉塞のリスクマネジメントが重要な患者群である事が示された。一方で、慢性透析患者の過半数は"慢性便秘と下痢の繰り返し"を主訴とするという報告があり、本調査では排便管理の実情と薬剤投与状況データが一致していないことが明らかになったので、2323年度の透析患者実態調査時に探求する。さらに、報告書として愛知県透析医学会にまとめを提出した。腸電位の基礎研究では、2023年3月2日から5日にマレーシア、クチン市で開催された大腸外科学会において"看護実践に役立つポータブル腸電位計による腸蠕動運動の可視化”についてE-Poster部門で発表した。本研究は85演題のうち、学会賞3位に選ばれ、表彰された。以上が2022年度における研究実績の概要である。
