项目摘要

本研究では、エジプト西部砂漠（リビア砂漠）のダハラ・オアシスを事例に、オアシスにおける排水と塩湖の体系を明らかにすることを目的とし、①地下水の揚水から用水、灌漑、排水、土壌浸透という水・塩の物理的な循環、②誰がどのように揚水・用水・灌漑・排水しているのかという社会的な循環を明らかにする。それによって、地下水資源の問題を単に資源の量の問題や資源の反作用の問題に還元するのではなく、その非経済的側面を含めて総合的に理解する枠組みの構築を目指す。そのための具体的研究作業としては、①水塩収支班がオアシス地域内の水塩の動きを、②圃場観測班が圃場における水塩の動きを、③生活・社会班が水塩循環に関わる人（農家、農企業、灌漑局等）の関係性を担当する。そして、調査村において、1年目から2年目にかけて現地調査や観測、現地での実験により実態把握とデータ収集を行うことを目的とし、初年度の2021年度には、以下の研究作業を行うことを予定していた。①水塩収支班は1年目に国立リモートセンシング空間科学研究所のBastawesy教授と共同し、比抵抗探査を行うとともに、用水路網と排水路網に関する情報収集を行うこと。②圃場観測班は、実験圃場において、灌漑水量と土壌水分量を計測すること。③生活・社会班は農民と水番人に対する聞き取り調査を行うこと。以上の研究活動のうち、①の比抵抗探査をダハラ・オアシスの北西部において行うとともに、現地調査を行い、ダハラ・オアシスのカラムーン塩水湖の流域となる灌漑区域の水路と排水路情報を収集した。②については、ダハラ・オアシスのラシュダ村の灌漑区域における実験圃場を調査し、土壌水分量を調べた。③については、同じくダハラ・オアシスのラシュダ村の灌漑区域において水番人役を勤める農民に聞き取り調査を行った。また、浅井戸を利用する農家や農企業、村役場長などにも聞取り調査を行った。

This study aims at: (1) the physical circulation of groundwater from pumping water to irrigation, drainage and soil infiltration;(2) the social circulation of groundwater from pumping water to irrigation, drainage and soil infiltration. The problems of groundwater resources include the problems of quantity of resources, the problems of reaction of resources, the problems of recovery of resources, the problems of non-water resources, the problems of comprehensive understanding, the problems of construction of water resources, etc. The specific research work includes: (1) water supply and water circulation in different areas;(2) water supply and water circulation in different fields;(3) responsibility for the relationship between people (farmers, agricultural enterprises, irrigation bureaus, etc.) involved in water circulation in different life and social classes. In 2021, the following research activities were scheduled to be carried out. (1) The water supply branch of the National Institute of Space Science has a joint research project on water supply network and drainage network. (2) Measurement of soil and water content in the field 3.
