１、滋賀大学経済学部附属史料館（以下、史料館と略）寄託の国宝「菅浦文書」（1,261点）について、研究代表者・研究分担者・研究協力者による共同研究会をオンラインで開催した。研究会では菅浦文書のデジタル画像を用いて、最新の研究成果をふまえながら史料翻刻文の校訂を行った。デジタル画像で判読できない文字等については、原本閲覧によるチェック作業を実施した。研究会は9回開催し（2021年4月17日、4月26日、5月17日、5月28日、6月12日、6月28日、7月23日、7月30日、8月28日）、「菅浦文書」および補遺等87点を校訂した。原本チェックは「菅浦文書」51点について2回実施した（5月31日、9月10日）。これを以て、過去2次にわたる科研費による共同研究会での「菅浦文書」校訂作業を終了させることができた。２、続けて、滋賀大学経済学部附属史料館所蔵の「菅浦家文書」（中世分、131点）について、同様の方法による校訂を行い、9回の研究会によって終了した（9月8日、9月22日、10月15日、10月22日、11月12日、11月29日、12月17日、2022年1月29日、2月12日）。３、『菅浦文書集成（仮）』の刊行に向けて入稿用原稿を試作し、出版社に見本刷作成を依頼する等、刊行に向けた原稿作成・編集作業を進捗させた。４、「菅浦文書」を用いた文理融合的研究の方向性について代表と研究分担者間で協議し、史料中に登場する人物の相関関係データベース等を試作した。５、東京大学資料編纂所との共同事業として、「菅浦文書」および滋賀県長浜市西浅井町菅浦に伝存する史料の科学的方法による料紙調査を実施した。

The research direction of the integration of literature and science in the use of "Kanura Document" represents the agreement between the research participants and the relationship between the characters appearing in the historical materials. 5. The joint project of the Data Compilation Institute of the University of Tokyo,"Kanura Document" and the scientific method of the historical data collection of Kanura Document, Nishiasai Town, Nagasaki City, Shiga Prefecture were carried out.
