2019年度は，所属先での診療実績に基づき，非けいれん性てんかん重積状態（non-convulsive status epilepticus: NCSE）発生件数を調査した．その結果，1～3名/月であり，その殆どが検査技師による迅速標準脳波検査が施行できていなかった．これに対し迅速簡易脳波モニタリングを施行すべく．日本光電社製脳波ヘッドセットAE-120A，消耗品である使い捨て電極を30名分購入した．また解析用のPCを購入した．また研究成果発表および情報収集を目的とし，第53回日本てんかん学会学術集会，第73回米国てんかん学会学術集会に参加した．実臨床での測定については脳波計の工面に難航し，その後，COVID-19流行に伴う診療制限により，研究を予定通りに施行することができなかったが，新たに購入した機器により1名の患者で迅速簡易脳波モニタリングを施行することができた．今後，検査件数を増やし，精力的に取り組みたい．
