研究代表者が所属する東京女子医科大学病院膠原病リウマチ痛風センターで行っている大規模観察研究IORRA(Institute of Rheumatology, Rheumatoid Arthritis Cohort)を本研究では使用している。IORRAコホート登録患者のうち、DNA試料の収集に成功している約3,100名のなかからIORRAコホートの使用薬剤 データ・薬剤副作用データを用いたST合剤使用患者を同定が行われていたが、不十分であることが判明したため、再度患者の抽出を行った。その全患者の診療録にあたり、ST合剤服用期間・用量用法・副作用の有無について調査中である。他の研究で得られいる日本人GWASデータを二次利用し、ST合剤の副作 用関連遺伝子型を推定するために、SNP2HLAソフトウェアによりMHC領域に存在する多数のHLA遺伝子の遺伝子型の統計学的推定(HLA imputation法)を行う予定で ある。

IORRA(Institute of Rheumatology, Rheumatoid Arthritis Cohort), a large-scale research study conducted at Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital, was used in this study. The collection of IORRA test samples and DNA samples was successful in about 3,100 patients. The use of IORRA test samples and side effects were successfully evaluated. The patients were selected simultaneously. All patients 'diagnosis and treatment records, ST combination administration period, dosage, side effects and whether there is any investigation. His research resulted in the estimation of the secondary utilization of GWAS data in Japanese, the estimation of the association genotype of ST complexes, and the statistical estimation of the genotype of SNP2 HLA genes (HLA imputation method), which existed in the MHC domain.
