本研究では睡眠薬服用中の認知症患者に対する看護実践の質の向上，さらには看護師の薬物治療への参画を目的として，睡眠薬服用中の認知症患者の睡眠の質向上に向けた看護実践自己評価尺度を作成し，その妥当性・信頼性を確認した．尺度原案の Items pool を目的にエキスパートレベルの看護師６名にインタビュー調査を行った．次に，インタビュー調査の結果と文献レビューを基に作成した予備的尺度を用い，全国の認知症疾患医療センターで働き、かつ精神科病棟での看護実践経験のある看護師を対象に郵送法による全国調査を実施した．分析対象とした525名（回収率：48.2％）のデータを解析した結果，【Promoting daytime activities】，【Providing a high-quality sleep environment through appropriate use of medication】，【Considering adverse events】の3因子16項目からなる尺度が完成した．基準妥当性は，既存の尺度を外部基準として相関係数を算出することで確認した．次に，収束的妥当性と判別的妥当性の両面から構成要素の妥当性を検討した．平均分散抽出量(AVE)は各因子それぞれ0.323，0.328，0.324であった．判別妥当性はAVEの2乗と因子相関を比較することで検証した．AVEはすべての因子において因子間相関の2乗より高く，判別妥当性が確認された．本尺度は妥当性及び信頼性が検証され，睡眠薬服用中の認知症患者の睡眠の質向上に向けたNursing PracticeのBest Practice Model の開発に寄与できる．今年度は、昨年度実施した全国規模の質問紙調査の分析結果を公表を目指した.公表先には海外の看護系雑誌を選定し投稿、２回の査読を経て本年度内の公表に至った.

This study aims to establish a qualitative approach to nursing practice in patients with cognitive disorders taking sleep medications, and to confirm the appropriateness and reliability of nursing practice in evaluating sleep quality in patients with cognitive disorders taking sleep medications. Average Dispersion Extraction (AVE) is 0.323, 0.328, 0.324. The validity of the judgment is confirmed by comparing the correlation between the factors of AVE and AVE. This standard is appropriate and reliable for the study of sleep quality in patients with cognitive disorders during sleep medication and the development of the Best Practice Model for Nursing Practice. The analysis results of the nationwide questionnaire survey conducted this year and yesterday are presented in the table below.
