项目摘要

本年度は、延命治療としての血液透析の開始見合わせや中止を患者の希望通り実施あるいは実施できなかった時のプロセスとそのプロセスの帰結への関連要因を明らかにする予定であった。研究方法は、日本透析医学会の認定・教育関連施設で血液透析治療に携わっている看護師２０名程度にインタビュー調査を実施する予定であった。６２施設の所属長に調査協力の依頼を行い、６施設の所属長より研究協力の同意が得られた。所属長に本研究の適格条件を満たす研究対象者を（１施設１～２名）選定して頂いた。研究対象者の看護師７名から研究参加への同意が得られたが、コロナ感染状況により看護師２名から研究協力の撤回があり、本年度は５名の看護師へのインタビュー調査が終了した。次年度が研究の最終年度となる。次年度は、国内において延命治療としての血液透析の開始見合わせや中止が困難な現状から問題を整理し、課題を明らかにする予定である。１次調査として実施した質問紙調査「血液透析の開始見合わせや中止時における看護実践の実態調査」の質問項目「血液透析の開始見合わせや中止における現状の課題」の自由記述内容が、次年度実施する血液透析の開始見合わせや中止が困難な現状を把握するうえでの有効なデータとなる。３１８名の看護師より記述があり、３０４名の記述内容を有効回答とし、内容分析を行っている。研究成果の発表については、１次調査の研究結果をまとめ、学会誌に投稿し採択された。
