项目摘要

これまでの調査で、労働者が職場環境改善に取り組む際の課題を判断する際、産業看護職が支援していることが明らかになった。産業看護職のアセスメント方法を知るために、架空の職場の写真を熟練の産業看護職に提示した時、その写真のどのような部分に着目して情報分析を行うのか、アイトラッキングを用いた視線分析によって可視化し、明らかにすることを目的とした。対象者は、5年以上の産業看護の経験のある者5名である。それぞれにとって初見である架空の事務所の写真をモニター上に提示し、1分間黙視の黙視による職場環境の情報収集を指示し、アイトラッキングシステムを用いて視線分析を行った。その後10分間、何に着目したか、ほかに何を見たいと考えたか等インタビューを行った。その結果、インタビューより、着目した点として人物の姿勢、パソコンやモニターとの位置関係、床上の物、人物同士の位置関係、何であるのか判断できないものについて着目したということがわかった。また見えないが気になることとして、労働者同士のコミュニケーション、労働者の動線、温度・湿度、休憩スペースの快適さなどが挙げられた。視線の滞留時間が長かったのは、「会議室」「通話ボックス」「机の天板上」「ラック」「人物」「モニター」だった。会議室や通話ボックスについては「これは何だろう」という発言が多かった。産業看護職は、物理的、化学的、生物学的な環境、労働者の作業姿勢と周囲の物、床の上にあるものに関して安全性等、作業管理、作業環境管理の観点から幅広く見ていることが分かった。また、インタビューから判断すると、「何なのかわからない」と言っている物への視線の停留時間が長かった。そのことから、よくわからない、よく見えないものはそのままにするのではなく、何とかわかろうと努力することもわかった。
