本研究は、定年退職後の人々の健康づくりに影響する要因を在職中の健康状態や支援環境の視点から明らかにすることが目的である。初年度は、文献レビューを中心に調査項目の選定を行った。定年退職前後の人々の健康については、改善する報告がある一方で悪化するとの報告もあり、国内外ともに一定の見解は得られていなかった。これらは、健康の評価指標の違いや定年退職前後の調査時期の違いによって結果の相違が生じていた。そのため、定年退職後一定の期間が経過した対象に本人がどのように健康について考え、感じながら生活していたかについて詳細な聞き取りが必要なことが明らかになった。2020年度は、第1研究として2015年度～2016年度に地方公務員を定年退職した者を対象に定年退職前後の仕事や健康に対する思い、ソーシャルサポートについてインタビュー調査を行った。研究協力者は17名で、男性15名女性2名であった。定年退職後も働き続けていた研究協力者は15名で、調査時に働いていた者は13名であった。現在夫婦のみで暮らしている者が8名で最も多かった。既往歴としては、高血圧が6名と最も多く、ADLやIADLは全員自立していた。現在の健康状態を5段階で示す主観的健康観では、「まあまあ健康である」と感じている者が大半であり、「健康でない」「あまり健康でない」と感じている者はいなかった。2021年度・2022年度は第1研究の質的分析及び第2研究の調査内容の検討を行った。しかし研究者が産前産後の休暇、育児休業取得により、分析結果の妥当性の検証や第2研究の調査の実施にまで到達することができなかった。今後は、インタビュー調査によって明らかになった内容をもとに、健診施設を受診する定年退職前の人々を対象に質問紙調査を行い、定年退職後も追跡調査を行うことで退職後の健康に影響する要因について検討する予定である。

This study aims to investigate the effects of retirement on health status in the workplace and support environment. The results of the survey showed that there was no correlation between the health evaluation index and the survey period before and after retirement. In 2020, the first study was carried out in 2015 - 2016 to investigate the retirement of local civil servants before and after retirement, and the health of civil servants before and after retirement. There were 17 collaborators, 15 males and 2 females. The number of collaborators after retirement is 15, and the number of collaborators during the investigation is 13. Now the husband and wife are the most important ones. In the past, the blood pressure was high, and the ADL and IADL were independent. The health status of the current five levels indicates that the health of the main body is negative,"" In 2021 and 2022, the qualitative analysis of the first study and the review of the investigation contents of the second study were conducted. The investigators were involved in prenatal and postnatal rest, child rest acquisition, verification of the validity of the analysis results, and implementation of the second study. In the future, we will conduct a survey on the impact of retirement on health care.
