项目摘要

日本における精神疾患の生涯罹患率は24.2％であるとされ、諸外国と比較しても高く、精神疾患は人々の健康に大きな影響を与えている。申請者はこれまでに、精神保健分野において、既存の行政保健師のサービスだけでは十分に支援が行き届いていない現状があることを指摘し、開業保健師活動の重要性を明らかにしてきた。しかし、精神保健分野の開業保健師の実践活動に必要な要素はいまだ明らかにされていないのが現状である。本研究では、精神保健分野の実践活動に必要な開業保健師の要素を明らかにすることを目的としている。2020年度は、文献調査と実際に開業している保健師に対しインタビューを実施し、開業保健師の実践活動に必要な要素を具体的に明らかにした。2021年度は、これらの調査結果から得られた要素を踏まえ、専門家チームで検討を重ね、合計10回の講義や演習、個別面接からなる精神保健分野の実践活動にも活用できる開業保健師活動のための起業塾プログラム案を開発した。開発したプログラム案は、2021年6月から11月の6か月間に、2名に対して実施した。2022年度は、プログラムの受講者を対象としたインタビュー調査を実施した。分析は、質的帰納的分類法を用いた。録音データから逐語録を作成し、コード、サブカテゴリー、カテゴリーを生成した。得られた成果を日本公衆衛生看護学会の自由集会で口頭発表し、雑誌開業保健師研究で論文発表を実施した。
