2022年度は訪問看護師を対象としたランダムサンプリングによる質問紙調査の結果の概要から、介入方法の検討を行った。また、質問紙調査の結果については関連分野での学術大会での口頭発表を行い、結果の概要についての整理をした。また、調査結果の論文投稿の準備をすすめている。資質的レジリエンスでは、対人ストレスの調整や他者への支援などのストレスへの対処行動の豊かさとの関連性が示された。また、獲得的レジリエンスとの関連では自己抑制等との関連が示された。これらの結果から、訪問看護師を対象としたレジリエンス支援プログラムの内容を検討し、介入研究と評価を行うための準備を行い今後の方向性への見通しを立てた。資質的レジリエンス（楽観性や、統制力、社交性、行動力）は対人ストレスの調整や、他者への支援をうまくやれることとの関連が示された。この結果から、ストレスへの対処行動の豊かさと資質的レジリエンスが関連すると考えられた。また、獲得的レジリエンス（問題解決思考、自己理解、他者心理の理解）では、資質的レジリエンスと同様に対人ストレスの調整の他、自己抑制や情緒安定性との関連が示された。これらの結果から、訪問看護師のレジリエンス支援プログラムの中に問題と積極的に向き合う、対人葛藤との折り合いをつけるための方策を含める予定である。また、獲得的レジリエンスには自分の気持ちを相手に伝えるなどの自己表現の方法や、情緒安定をはかることができるプログラムを含める予定である。
