项目摘要

本研究の目的は、行政保健師と小規模事業場が連携して、小規模事業場のメンタルヘルス対策を推進するための地域職域連携ガイドを作成することである。本研究で実施した小規模事業場の管理者へのインタビューから、小規模事業場の従業員はメンタルヘルスに関して専門家に相談することが難しい状況にあることが示唆された。さらに、管理監督者は、従業員のメンタルヘルスに関する問題に対処することに困難さを感じていることが分かった。そこで、昨年度は労働者のメンタルヘルスに関する援助要請を促す効果的な方法を検討するため、システマティックレビューに取り組んだ。本年度は、システマティックレビューの結果を整理し、小規模事業場の労働者の援助要請を促す方法について検討をした。さらに、小規模事業場の労働者と管理監督者を対象とした健康教育動画を作成した。健康教育動画は、労働者や管理監督者が少ない負担で学ぶことができるように、20分程度の動画とした。また、労働者や管理監督者が興味を持って、動画を視聴できるように、内容をドラマ形式とした。次年度は、作成した健康教育動画の効果検証を行う。効果を確かめることにより、根拠のある健康教育教材として、地域職域連携で活用することができる。地域職域連携では、具体的な対策を実行することが課題とされており、具体的に実践で活用できる健康教育教材は有用である。最終的に、作成した健康教育教材の活用方法等を含めた、小規模事業場のメンタルヘルス対策を地域職域連携で推進するためのガイドを完成させる。
