项目摘要

2022年度は、文献検討およびインタビュー調査を実施した。文献検討では、朝鮮半島から他国へ移動して暮らしているコリアン（以下，コリアン・ディアスポラ）の特有の経験、医療へのアクセス、およびこれらの経験に影響を与える可能性のある交差要因について国内外の文献を用いて整理した。文献検討にはMEDLINE、CINAHL、CiNii の 3つのデータベース用い、定量的研究と定性的研究の両方を検索した。検索の結果、625件の文献のうち 27 件が本研究の目的に該当する研究であった。コリアン・ディアスポラの女性は、言語、ヘルスリテラシー、社会経済に関わる障壁に加え、家父長制の強い影響を受け、家族のうち、特に男性家族の要求や要望を自分の要求や要望よりも優先させ、自身の健康状態の変化を「目に見えない」ものにしている傾向にある特徴が整理された。本研究の結果より、彼らに関わる看護職は、朝鮮半島特有の文化的価値等が保健医療福祉サービス利用に影響している可能性も踏まえて関わることが必要であることが示唆された。インタビュー調査は、生活習慣病を有する定住コリアン中高年者の社会関係および健康行動の特性を明らかにすることを目的に実施した。研究対象者は、なんらかの生活習慣病の診断を受けて治療を継続している40歳以上の定住コリアンで、国籍は問わず日本語での会話が可能で（読み書き含む）、日本で生活する中高年者とした。現在、複数名に対してインタビューを実施しており、次年度には調査結果をまとめ公表する予定である。本研究にて明らかとなった結果は、定住コリアン中高年者の生活習慣病重症化予防に向け、現状の把握と具体策の検討に寄与することができると考える。さらには、定住コリアン同様に、今後高齢化が進むことが予測される中国帰国者やフィリピン、中国、ベトナムにルーツをもつ住民への支援にも寄与する策の考案にもつながると考える。

The 2022 Annual Report on Literature Review and Application Survey was conducted.
