项目摘要

今年度は以下の理由で十分な研究活動が行えなかった。①コロナ禍第8波の影響②自身の研究環境の変化①については、新型コロナウイルスの影響が継続したことで当初計画のヒアリング自体が実施できなかった。昨年度に比べ、公式戦自体の開催は有観客で実施されるようになったものの、出張や学外の方との面会等が原則自粛されたことによる影響が続いた。研究協力先でも面会禁止措置が継続されたクラブ・球団があったことも英領している。遠隔での実施も視野に入れたが、周辺環境を含めた対面でのリアルなヒアリングが必要であったこと、学内のレギュレーションや先方の都合により研究計画自体が履行できなかったことなどを踏まえ、令和５年度での研究延長手続きを申請することとした。②については、9月以降自身の所属先が九州産業大学（准教授）から新潟経営大学（客員教授）へと変更となったこと、同時にBリーグ熊本ヴォルターズ代表取締役に就任したことから、それに伴う地理的、業務的変化が想像より大きくなった。また、令和５年度5月以降のコロナ５類変更報道に伴い、令和4年は研究環境を整備することに重点をおいた。機器、ソフト類のセットアップを中心とした。今後は自身の実務的環境も最大限有効に活用すべく、Bリーグにおける顧客データの組織的活用に関してアクションリサーチの手法を用いて研究する方法を模索している。研究者、そして実務家としての立場を融合させた研究を進めることで、研究課題の解決に取り組んでいきたい。
