项目摘要

微小粒子状物質(PM2.5)は人体への健康影響が懸念されており,これまで様々な環境対策が進められてきた.PM2.5の約3割を炭素成分が占めており,中でも有機炭素は発生源から直接排出される一次粒子と揮発性有機化合物等が大気中で反応してできる二次粒子の両方を含んでおり,数千種類の成分が存在する.そのため,発生源が非常に複雑であり,未だに実態が解明されていないのが現状である.そこで本研究では,有機炭素の中でも水溶性を示す水溶性有機炭素に着目し,炭素安定同位体比という指標を用いて実態を解明することを目的とする.水溶性有機炭素に含まれる炭素安定同位体比を測定した研究例は短期間の観測事例が多いため,本研究は長期間の大気観測を行うことで実態を解明することを目指す.茨城県つくば市と秋田県由利本荘市の2地点でPM2.5試料を2年間捕集し,PM2.5に含まれる水溶性有機炭素中の炭素安定同位体比を測定した.秋田県由利本荘市では,2019年2月から4月にかけて最も重い炭素安定同位体比が観察されて,トウモロコシなどのC4植物燃焼が長距離輸送されている可能性が示唆された.本成果は,Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics誌に投稿し受理された.2022年度は,PM2.5試料に含まれる植物燃焼由来の指標であるレボグルコサン濃度を誘導体化/GC-MS法を用いて測定した.茨城県つくば市では,11月末から12月末にかけて100 ng/m3を超える高濃度のレボグルコサンが確認された.今後は,固相抽出を用いて水溶性有機炭素を極性の違いで分離する方法の構築を進める予定である.
Micro-particulate matter (PM2.5) is very important for human health. The environmental policy for environmental protection is improved. PM2.5% carbon accounts for about 3% of the total carbon content, and the organic carbon source directly discharges the primary particulate organic compound and other organic compounds. The secondary particulate matter contains the same carbon source. There are several thousand kinds of compounds in this study, the source of which is very complex, and the status is not clear. In this study, the water solubility of organic carbon indicates that the water soluble organic carbon is targeted. The isotope ratio of carbon diazepam refers to the determination of carbon diazepam isotope ratio in water-soluble organic carbon.
