人を対象とする医学系研究に関する倫理指針や臨床研究法の施行により、臨床研究を取り巻くガバナンスの向上が期待されている。一方で研究者の負担は増加しており、臨床研究実施の際の臨床研究の質は研究者ごとにばらつきが見受けられる。本研究では、(1)上記施策が研究者に与えた影響、(2)臨床研究の質に研究者を取り巻く環境要因・研究者自身の心理的要因がどのように関連するか、(3)教育介入が臨床研究の質に影響するか評価する。 (1)施策が研究者に与えた影響の 評価:施策が研究者に与えた影響を、臨床研究登録システムjRCTおよびUMIN-CTRに登録された研究の数を時系列データと捉え評価する。2023年3月までのデータ を収集し、分割時系列デザインにもとづく解析をおこなった。結果は学会報告はしており、臨床研究法が施行されてから5年を振り返った記述的・分析的な報告をまとめている。 (2)臨床研究の質に研究の属性、研究者を取り巻く環境要因、および研究者自身の心理的要因がどのように関連するか評価:2015年8月から2017年11月までに長崎大学病院の倫理委員会に受理された483件の臨床研究を対象とした。臨床研究の質は、臨床研究倫理委員会前におこなう臨床研究センターでの事前チェックシステムを用いて定量化した。事前チェックでは、研究者から申請された研究計画書を内容や体裁を含めてチェックをおこなう。この数を臨床研究の質の代替エンドポイントとした。研究の属性は、研究の介入の有無や侵襲の有無等である。環境要因は研究者の性別、年齢等である。心理的要因は本学教職員に対し、毎年実施するストレスチェックとした。論文は、『研究計画書の質に関連する要因の探索』として日本臨床試験学会雑誌に公開された。 (3)教育介入の臨床研究の質への影響評価:2020年に臨床試験学会で報告済みである。

Ethics guidelines related to human and medical research, implementation of clinical research methods, and upward expectations for clinical research On the one hand, the burden on investigators has increased, and the quality of clinical research during clinical research has increased. This study includes: (1) the effects of policy on investigators;(2) the environmental factors and psychological factors of investigators on the quality of clinical research; and (3) the evaluation of educational intervention on the quality of clinical research. (1)Evaluation of the impact of the policy on the investigator: evaluation of the number of studies in the clinical study registry jRCT and UMIN-CTR March, 2023- Results: The report of the society was carried out in 5 years, and the report of the clinical research method was analyzed. (2)The nature of the clinical study, the investigator's approach, the environmental factors, and the investigator's own psychological factors were reviewed. From August 2015 to November 2017, the Ethics Committee of Nagasaki University Hospital accepted 483 clinical studies. Quality of clinical research and quantification of clinical research ethics committee Prior to the study, the researcher applied for the study proposal, and the content and genre were included. The quality of this clinical research is the key to success. The nature of the research, the involvement of the research, the presence or absence of invasion, etc. The environment depends on the researcher's gender, age, etc. Psychological factors are important for the faculty and staff of the university, and they are implemented every year. The paper,"Exploration of the Essential Causes of the Qualitative Relationship of the Research Proposal," was published in the Journal of the Japanese Society for Clinical Trials. (3)Quality and Impact Assessment of Educational Interventions in Clinical Research: Report of the Society for Clinical Trials in 2020.
